Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connection

  1. Make sure your batteries have enough power.  
  • - The logger needs at least 10% power.  
  • - Try replacing the batteries with known good batteries  

  1. Press the test button 
  • - the test button needs to be pressed to activate Bluetooth. The lights should blink green and red immediately after pressing the button. 
  • - the Bluetooth will stay on for 3 min if there is no active connection 

 

  1. Use ZENTRA Utility Mobile (ZUM) 
  • - Make sure location permissions are allowed/are on
