Installing the App

How to install the app for ZENTRA Cloud.

To install the ZENTRA Cloud Progressive Web Application (PWA) on your device, follow the steps outlined in this article. Once installed, you'll be able to access ZENTRA Cloud directly from your device's home screen.

Install the App

  • Open your browser and navigate to app.zentracloud.io.
  • Access the installation option:
    • On desktop browsers (like Chrome or Edge), look for the install icon in the address bar or the browser menu.
    • On mobile browsers (like Chrome on Android), tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home screen."
  • Confirm the installation by following the prompts.

Safari
  • Open Safari and navigate to app.zentracloud.io
  • Tap the Share     button and select "Add to Home Screen."
  • Confirm the installation by following the prompts.

Chrome
  • Open Chrome and navigate to app.zentracloud.io
  • Access the installation option:
    • On desktop look for the install icon     in the address bar or the browser menu. If the install button is not present click the three-dot menu     and select "Cast, Save, and share."
    • On mobile tap the three-dot menu     and select "Add to Home Screen."
  • Confirm the installation by following the prompts.

Edge
  • Open Edge and navigate to app.zentracloud.io
  • Access the installation option:
    • On desktop look for the install icon     in the address bar or the browser menu. If the install button is not present click the three-dot menu     and select "Apps."
    • On mobile tap the three-bar menu     and select "Add to phone."
  • Confirm the installation by following the prompts.

Firefox
  • Open Firefox and navigate to app.zentracloud.io
  • Access the installation option:
    • On desktop Firefox does not support installing PWAs directly, an extension is required. Support for desktop is coming.
    • On mobile tap the three-dot menu     and select "Add app to Home screen."
  • Confirm the installation by following the prompts.
