Reassign Organization Ownership

Ownership can be reassigned under the manage users page by selecting owner in the permission drop-down menu.

NOTE: Only the Owner of the organization can reassign ownership. If the owner of the Organization has left your company then contact METER Group Inc, USA support for assistance.

Click the user icon on the left and select Users.

Select the user you want to assign ownership and select Organization Owner.

Confirm the change by clicking the Permission Change button.
