Download Data Logger

How to download data from a device.

Need to download your data in CSV or Excel format? You can export data for one device or a batch of devices. You can also choose date & time formats, and the number of headers.

Download

  • In the navigation bar select Devices.
  • On the device select the device name, then select the     download button, or select the    Ellipsis then select Download from the dropdown.
  • Choose which device(s) to download.
  • Select the download Period.
  • Select the file type, CSV or Excel.
  • Select Request Data to fetch the files.
  • Wait while the system generates the requested file(s).
  • When the file is ready, select Download.

Date & Time Format

Select Date & Time Format to change the date and time in the download to your desired format.

The available date formats include:

  • DD/MM/YYYY
  • MM/DD/YYYY
  • YYYY/MM/DD
  • DD MMM YYYY
  • MMM DD YYYY
  • YYYY MMM DD

The available time formats include:

  • HH:mm:ss 00:00:00
  • hh:mm:ss 00:00:00 PM
