How to archive devices in your organization.

Archiving Devices in Your Organization

If you have a device that is no longer in use, you can move it to your organization's archive.

How to Archive a Device
  • Go to the device’s Deployment Status setting.
  • Change the status to "Archived."

This action will move the device to the Archive section under your organization’s setup. Once archived, the device will no longer appear in your active device lists or dropdown menus.

Viewing Archived Devices

To view archived devices, go to the organization setup and select Archive.

To view details of an archived device, click the three dots and select "View". This will display additional information about the device.

Note: To download data from an archived device, you must first restore it.

Restoring a Device

To return a device to your active list:

  • Click the three dots and select "Restore" on the archived device.

The device will be removed from the archive and added back to your organization’s device list.

Permanently Removing a Device

To permanently remove a device from your organization:

Select "Remove from Organization."

To re-add the device, you will need to provide its serial number and password.
