Need to configure your ZL6 or ATMOS 41W device? Remotely update the device status, identity, measurement interval, report interval, ports, geolocation, and time zone.

Timeline

Starting March 2, 2026, ZENTRA Cloud 2.0 supports remote device configuration. How a device transitions depends on whether it already belongs to an organization in ZENTRA Cloud 1.0.

Devices not yet in ZENTRA Cloud 1.0

  • If a device does not have an organization in ZENTRA Cloud 1.0, it will automatically transition to allow configuration changes from ZENTRA Cloud 2.0 as soon as it is added there.
  • No additional steps or support assistance are required.

Devices already in ZENTRA Cloud 1.0

  • If a device is already associated with an organization in ZENTRA Cloud 1.0, configuration control does not automatically switch.
  • These devices can be manually transitioned to allow configuration changes from ZENTRA Cloud 2.0 with the help of METER Support.
  • Once transitioned, all future configuration changes should be made in ZENTRA Cloud 2.0.

During the transition, data continues to flow to both platforms simultaneously, ensuring uninterrupted access to historical and live data.
