Alert

Configure Push, SMS, Email, and Voice alerts for targets. Create alert groups to subscribe members, assign a call order for voice alerts, and add additional custom messages.
Alerts
- In the Explorer, scroll down to the Target area.
- To configure an alert for a target, select the three-dots, and then select Alert.
- Select the data to alert on.
- Select to alert when the value is: above, below, or outside the target.
- Add a custom message that will be appended to the end of the alert (optional).
- Add a notification group.
Create Group
- In the notification groups dropdown, select Create Group.
- Enter a name for the group.
- Select members to add to the group.
- Save.
Configure Member Notification Settings
- Select a notification group.
- Select Manage Notifications
- Select the checkboxes to subscribe to Push, SMS, and Email alerts.
- To subscribe to voice alerts, select a call priority. Group members can have the same call priority.
SMS and Voice
- If a member has not entered a phone number, or validated their phone number, a triangle icon will appear next to the SMS and Voice fields.
- Members who have not entered a mobile phone number under their profile will not receive alerts.
- Members who have entered a mobile phone number, but have not validated their phone number will not receive alerts.
