METER Group has identified the issue causing data to not appear in charts, though the data is present on the server for clients to download. To resolve this issue, we will clear the cache on all devices affected starting immediately. This can take some time and cause slowness in loading. this issue is impacting all devices on ZENTRA Cloud.
If you have been downloading data via the API, you will need to re-call all missing data.
