Lost Password/Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, navigate to www.zentracloud.com. On the login page click the forgot your password link. Enter your email address and click the send email button.

Update Account Password

To update your ZENTRA Cloud account password select your account email address in the upper right and select security. Click the change password button. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.

Set the preferred measurement units for viewing and downloading data.

Edit Account Profile

To edit your ZENTRA Cloud user profile information select your account email address in the upper right and select my profile. When you have finished editing click the accept button to save the changes.
